OUR 2026 IMPACT

Below is the list of items we are focused on impacting in the first part of 2026:

We are currently installing six wells in the Kivu Province of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We are evaluating two locations in Eastern DRC for Freedom Festivals: 1) Bukavu 2) Rutshuru.
We are evaluating a very large Refugee Camp in Northern Uganda for a Freedom Festival.
A very generous donor has provided our Colleagues in Kigali, Rwanda (with whom we plan all of our Eastern Africa missions) with a Toyota Land Cruiser.
We are evaluating the installation of a well in Rwanda to service 1500 families.
Faith Winters is doing YWAM’s DTS in Perth, Australia, followed by 3 months of outreach missions in the Outback.
Jenny Winters is accepting an Area Director ministry job offer for Young Life in Greenwich, CT.
We are evaluating Hope and Burger events in Los Angeles with two college campus ministries.
MERCIFUL is considering the planning of a Music Festival dedicated to ending the sex trafficking and abuse of children in the USA.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS

Scott Winters ✉

President

Scott is a grateful husband and proud father of two outstanding young women. A graduate of Northwestern University, Scott has made a living in the entertainment industry while pursuing his occupational first love of serving at risk communities at home and abroad.

Jennifer Winters

Jennifer has had a heart for serving others starting from a young age. She’s worked with youth, been a foster parent, helped open Hope Refuge for sexually trafficked minors, and most recently finished her master’s degree in psychology at Pepperdine University. She plans to continue serving locally and globally while living in CA with her husband and top-notch daughters, Grace and Faith.
